Construction Site Waste Management Plans

The  Site Waste Management Plan(SWMP) Regulations 2008 require the principal contractor, to write and implement a SWMP.
A standard SWMP is required for projects costing between £250,000 and £500,000. A more detailed SWMP will be required for projects costing more than £500,000.

Our SWMP service is aimed at all sizes of company and all those associated with construction projects (sub contractors, architects, surveyors, suppliers, planners, etc) and will help you.

We can help you comply with this new legal requirement by providing a range of service to ensure compliance, such as

  • Providing management system elements such as procedures and templates etc. that will ensure continuing compliance with the new regulations on all eligible projects.
  • Provide training to staff on the new regulations and how they can be practically implemented.
  • Produce a suitable SWMP for projects that qualify on your behalf.
  • Provide advice on systems to segregate and handle waste to encourage recovery.

Why us

  • Experience of waste and environmental management plans on behalf of a large engineering consultancy for road and rail construction and maintenance schemes.
  • Highly qualified consultant with over nine years experience of implementation of environmental management plans.
